What is the reason for the high calorific value measured by the hydrogen meter? Have you heard about it? The basic principle of measuring the calorific value of the hydrogen measuring instrument is: a certain number of patterns are burned in hydrogen and the measuring instrument is filled with excess oxygen, and the released heat is absorbed by a certain amount of water, and the heat of the sample is calculated according to the increase in water temperature. . In order to accurately measure the calorific value of a sample based on this principle, two problems must be solved.
1. Understand the heat of the heat capacity instrument, that is, the heat that the instrument needs to absorb for every increase of 1°C. This can be solved by calibrating the instrument with a reference material of known calorific value (such as benzoic acid).
2. The problem of heat exchange between the calorimetric system and the outside world can be solved by adding a double-layer water jacket around the calorimetric system to control the temperature of the water jacket or correct the heat exchange between the calorimetric system and the outside world.
After dealing with these two problems, the calorific value of the sample can be measured more accurately.
Hydrogen meter: In addition to cleaning and drying the hydrogen meter after each test, the following points should be noted and checked:
1. The hydrogen meter can only be tightened by hand. The aluminum degasser should stop when it comes into contact. Do not tighten it forcefully with anything. After the test, it should be cleaned once a day.
2. After use, the bullet cap and valve seat should be rinsed and wiped dry.
3. Rinse the bullet cup cleanly, scrub the threads, and then check whether the upper part of the bullet cup is mechanically damaged.
4. Check whether the sealing ring is worn. If the seal is not tight and there is air leakage, it should be replaced.
5. Check whether the insulation of the two ignition electrodes is good, and check the insulation regularly.
6. Perform a 20Mpa hydraulic test on the hydrogen tester regularly. After each hydraulic test, the use time of the hydrogen tester shall not exceed two years.
