Application

The Thermal analyzer is a stationary tabletop device for monitoring the quality of aluminum melts with reference to grain refinement (GF) and modification (M).
The Thermal analyzer makes it possible to achieve a consistently high melt quality while effectively reducing the reject rate.

Features of molten aluminum thermal analyzer:

Easy to move:  small size: 28cm*18cm*10cm    light weight: 5 kg

Easy to test:  The test point is separated from the main unit and can be up to 150 meters away.

Convenient maintenance:   Built-in fanless computer is used to avoid blue screen and crash of the computer in the environment of vibration and dust in the workshop.

The test is convenient and accurate:  The instrument can input its own alloy composition and automatically calculate the theoretical eutectic temperature of the alloy.

Test result value:  The instrument automatically gives the test result whether it is qualified or not.

Low cost of use:   permanent thermocouples, stainless steel crucibles, and stainless steel thermocouple protection tube are easy to recycle

Applicable objects: permanent thermocouple and special test crucible.

Features:

The EMTEC thermal analysis system stand is designed according to the requirements of permanent thermocouple measurement.

The sample can be reheated without using ceramic materials.

The thermocouple is protected by a steel thermocouple protection tube.

The crucible used for thermal analysis has appropriate wall thickness, the inner wall is coated with paint, and the thermocouple is installed inside.

The crucible support installed on the stand can increase the cooling rate of the crucible. For quick measurement, up to 3 crucibles can be used.
